Q: What happens if it's raining or particularly bad weather on the day of the hire?
A: In the event of rain or bad weather we will contact you to discuss what options are available to you.
Q: How is the unit inflated once it has been delivered? How is the unit deflated when its not being used?
A: Our units are inflated using fan blowers. They just require a standard plug socket either in the house or outbuilding; we will supply long extension cables therefore a near by socket isn't essential. All extension cables have built in power breakers. Before deflating the unit make sure that no one is on it and then simply unplug at the socket.
Q: How much space do I need for any unit?
A: Each unit needs at least 1.8m around the perimeter. This includes 1.8m in front of the crash mats. All sizes are displayed on each unit description.
Q: What access is needed to deliver a unit?
A: Most units need a standard width gate/doorway, with the pathway being cleared prior to delivery.
Q: Can all units going indoors?
A: Yes all our units can go indoors as long as there is space/height and accessibility.
Q: Do you have full insurance?
A: We have full public liability insurance to the value of 5 million.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: In most cases there is no cancellation fee however if cancelled on the day of the hire there will be a 10% loss of booking fee. If cancelled due to bad weather there will be no fee charged and rescheduling is available.
Q: Will the unit be set up by you on delivery?
A: All units will be set up safely on delivery and you will be shown how to safely operate the unit. Once set up the unit can not be moved. We will pack away the unit on collection.
Q: How many children/adults are allowed on the unit?
A: See individual unit description for amount of users allowed.
Q: Can your units go on hard standing?
A: We prefer the units to go on grass however if hard standing is the only option available please ring to discuss options.
Q: How long do I get the unit for?
A: We can deliver from 8am and collect up to 8pm. All hires are the same price regardless of length of hire. All collections after 8pm are deemed an over night booking with an additional charge.
Q: What if it rains whilst I am using the unit?
A: We advise you to not use the unit while its raining, leave it inflated and dry off the bouncing area before using again. All blowers and extension cables are IP44 protected therefore it is safe to leave them outside.
Q: Do you hire units for events such as school fetes, fundraising days, corporate events and sports events?
A: Yes all our units can be hired for any event, simply contact us to discuss.
Q: How do I book and pay?
A: To make a booking simply click on the unit you wish to hire, click 'check availability' and continue to booking. Fill in the Booking Form with all details required and any additional information and click 'BOOK THIS ITEM NOW'. If paying online simply follow the on screen instructions.
